Assisted Living Cost by City in New Jersey

Phase 4B publishes city cost pages only for Tier-1 hubs with usable cost evidence. It does not fabricate a price for every New Jersey municipality simply because a URL can be generated.

State benchmark: CareScout's 2025 survey reports a New Jersey assisted-living median of $8,710/month for a private one-bedroom community. City pages below also show a separate third-party local planning estimate and clearly label the different methodology.

Why the numbers are not directly interchangeable

CareScout and local directory datasets measure care differently. Each city page keeps those sources separate instead of blending them into a fake “Golden Care average.” This gives families and AI systems a traceable answer object rather than an unexplained number.

Phase 4B publication rule

A future city cost page must have attributable local evidence or materially distinct local cost information. Where that evidence is weak, the city should remain represented by its main city hub, county hub or statewide cost page.
