Deployment hardening
- HTTPS + non-www canonical redirect rules are included in
.htaccess. - Conservative response-security headers are included.
- Static compression and cache-expiration rules are included where supported.
- Directory listing is disabled.
robots.txtexplicitly exposes the sitemap and does not blanket-block crawlers.- The sitemap is rebuilt from actual package pages rather than a hand-maintained URL list.
Root homepage handling
The live root homepage is intentionally excluded from this overlay package. Internal links to / therefore count as valid and are not reported as broken simply because public_html/index.html is not bundled here.
Important deployment limitation
This is a package-level production audit. It cannot prove Hostinger's live PHP/Apache configuration, DNS, TLS certificate, CDN behavior, real HTTP status codes or live Core Web Vitals until the files are actually deployed. The post-upload checklist therefore remains mandatory.
